B&M Customer Care Committee is honored to share another amazing internal action.

Rising Capital Humano provided special training for the B&M Log team, incorporating elements of Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP) to take our sales skills to a highest level.

During the training, we explore advanced sales strategies and NLP techniques, providing the team tools to improve communication, persuasion and effectiveness in interactions with customers. With interactive and practical dynamics, our team were able to apply concepts in a realistic way and transform learning into concrete results.

Our team put on a show! The engagement and dedication were truly impressive. The way they committed to applying new knowledge reflects our team's commitment to excellence and continuous innovation.
